Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Product Manager (Mid / Sr) at Papcorns. As a member of the Product team, you will have a unique opportunity to take ownership of the development, strategic planning and analysis processes of our mobile applications. The role is based in Istanbul, Türkiye, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
• At least 3 app references published on App Store or Play Store
• Familiarity with coding, design and marketing principles
• Passion for and familiarity with the realm of mobile applications
• Comprehensive understanding of advanced technology and artificial intelligence
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with other teams and managing complex structures
• Strong analytical abilities to creatively and effectively address challenges

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development of feature sets, roadmap planning, and strategic initiatives for our applications
• Take ownership of projects from the conceptual phase through to release, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to analyze data, formulate strategies, and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Drive improvements in user experience and customer satisfaction through insightful analysis and innovative solutions
• Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies through continuous market research, incorporating new features into existing or new applications accordingly
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables

What does the recruitment process look like?
