UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who can bring clarity to a complex LMS used in the childcare sector. The Designer will work hands-on with the product team to simplify and modernize the LMS experience, based on an overarching concept from Head of Design.

What You'll Do:

• Translate user needs and insights into intuitive, accessible flows
• Work through persona-specific journeys (e.g., childcare staff, HR, team leads)
• Support information architecture, wireframes, and UI prototypes
• Design for both desktop and mobile, with a focus on mobile-first
• Incorporate feedback loops from reviews
• Apply brand and design language, with the guidance from Head of Design
• Ensure deliverables are production-ready (or easily translatable to dev)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong in UX design for SaaS products or LMS platforms
• Familiar with modular systems and phased redesign approaches
• Experience with tools like Figma and Jira
• Able to work async and independently, with light-touch supervision
• Good English skills

Timeline & Availability:

• Start: July 2025
• Duration: 2–3 months (full or part-time)
• Option to extend based on product roadmap needs
