· Candidate should have good experience as a RTM in earlier engagements.

· Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

· Facilitate key events like PI Planning, remove impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.

· Coach and mentor Agile teams, helping them improve their practices and performance.

· Responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring the successful delivery of program outcomes.

· Identify and remove impediments that hinder the progress of the ART

· Define and manage the Program Increments
