Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that align with our business goals. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our marketing efforts and driving growth for our e-commerce initiatives.
Responsibilities:
✅ Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
✅ Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between creative, marketing, e-commerce, and external partners/agencies
✅ Timeline & Resource Management: Build project timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure key milestones are met
✅ Campaign Tracking: Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions
✅ Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance metrics and project outcomes
✅ Optimization: Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign success
Requirements
🎓 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment
🏆 Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from start to finish
📣 Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies
🗂️ Excellent organizational and time management skills
🤝 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
⚡ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment
🖥️ Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
