Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in AI technologies (particularly LLMs) and experience in marketplace products. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between external stakeholders (clients, creators, partners) and internal teams (business development, engineering, marketing), owning the product’s roadmap and strategy from concept to delivery.

You will drive the growth and innovation of our AI-powered marketplace by balancing business needs, user experience, and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and lead the product strategy and long-term roadmap for Halo AI’s marketplace and AI products.
• Translate high-level company goals into actionable product plans aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary product liaison between external stakeholders (clients, creators, platform users) and internal teams.
• Conduct discovery sessions and gather insights from both sides to drive product prioritization.
• Ensure a smooth feedback loop with clients and creators to evolve the product based on real user needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to integrate LLM capabilities effectively into user-facing features.
• Align with business development, partnerships, and marketing to ensure product-market fit and successful go-to-market launches.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences across web and mobile.

Execution & Delivery:

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, and MVP definition to testing, launch, and iteration.
• Define success metrics, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5 - 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a tech startup or AI-first company.
• Proven experience managing or building marketplace platforms (e.g., influencer platforms, B2B/B2C marketplaces, or SaaS ecosystems).
• Solid understanding and hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to balance external user needs and internal priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience launching products in the MENA region is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
