Role Summary

We are building the next evolution of Botim, a hyper-personalized, agent-driven app serving millions across MEA. As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Agentic AI, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI agent platform, enabling powerful, context-aware user experiences across messaging, fintech, onboarding, and support. You’ll collaborate with LLM engineers, backend teams, and design to bring multi-modal agents to life.

This is a pivotal role for a product thinker who understands agentic architecture and can deliver AI products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Botim’s agentic AI platform and core agents (Chat, Voice, Onboarding, Fintech).
• Define and evolve the architecture for an extensible Agent Framework (e.g., memory, task planner, multi-agent orchestration, fallback rules).
• Drive integration with third-party LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) and multi-modal interfaces (Avatar, speech-to-text, embeddings).
• Partner with engineers to prioritize agent reasoning capabilities (e.g., Toolformer-like planning, context switching, interrupt/resume logic).
• Work closely with UX, content, and design teams to ensure natural, multilingual, multimodal agent interactions.
• Own KPIs such as agent success rate, fallback ratio, task completion rate, and user satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, explainability, and AI safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years owning AI/ML or platform products.
• Proven track record of launching Agentic AI systems or AI-first platforms.
• Solid technical background—comfortable with LLM APIs, prompt orchestration, and structured/unstructured data.
• Strong understanding of agentic workflows: planning, memory, task routing, and tool use.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and evaluation loops (e.g., hallucination detection, CoT reasoning).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience building agents using frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration platforms.
• Deep understanding of user journeys in communication or fintech apps.
• Familiarity with open-source LLM agents, multimodal interfaces, or synthetic data generation for training agents.
