Senior Implementation Engineer - Network & Security

We’re hiring for a Senior Implementation Engineer to join a top-tier Systems Integrator in the UAE, known for delivering complex, multi-vendor network and cybersecurity projects across the region.

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, suited for someone with deep technical expertise in Cisco technologies (FTD, ISE, ACI, SD-WAN, Catalyst, Nexus), and strong working knowledge of third-party platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point.

You’ll be responsible for the design, deployment, and integration of advanced network and security solutions—supporting enterprise clients across data center, campus, WAN, and hybrid cloud environments. Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement network/security solutions using Cisco and multi-vendor technologies.
• Deliver complex deployments involving Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, Secure Access, Firewalls, Email Gateways, Micro-Segmentation, and more.
• Lead project delivery, ensure alignment to compliance standards (e.g. NISA, PCI-DSS), and produce detailed HLDs/LLDs.
• Integrate third-party security solutions (Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) in hybrid and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI).
• Troubleshoot critical issues and optimize deployed solutions for security, performance, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients as part of post-deployment handover.
• Stay current on security and networking innovations (ZTNA, EDR, SASE, etc.).

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in designing, deploying, and integrating enterprise-grade network and security solutions.
• Cisco CCIE certification is required; additional certifications such as PCNSE, NSE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Cisco networking technologies, including Catalyst and Nexus switches, as well as Cisco ACI.
• In-depth experience with Cisco security solutions, including FTD Firewalls, Cisco ISE, Umbrella SASE, Secure Endpoint, and Email Security Gateways.
• Solid experience working with third-party security platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, and SSE/Endpoint Security products.
• Proficient in network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-Access, SD-WAN, and DNA Assurance deployments.
• Capable of producing high-quality technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
• Strong understanding of public cloud networking (AWS, Azure, OCI), including integration of cloud-native security tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be Arabic or Turkish Speaker
