We're hiring a detail-oriented Analyst to uncover trends, drive business decisions, and optimize operations through data analysis. This role offers excellent growth potential in our analytics division.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✔ Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources

✔ Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau

✔ Perform market research and competitive analysis

✔ Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on KPI tracking

✔ Automate reports and create data visualization tools

✔ Support business strategy development with insights

📊 Requirements

▪️ Education: Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Economics, or related field

▪️ Experience: 2+ years in data/business analysis (fresh graduates with strong internships considered)

▪️ Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R (preferred)
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods ▪️ Soft Skills:
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
