As we accelerate our expansion into the energy vertical through the integration of Broker Online Exchange (BOX), the nation’s largest retail energy network, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager who can blend product leadership with strong project execution and business analysis skills. You will lead the integration of BOX’s systems into the AppDirect platform, while driving the roadmap for our energy marketplace. You’ll partner closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and newly acquired teams to shape a scalable and innovative energy product.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Own and Drive the Energy Product Roadmap: Define and execute a product vision for our energy marketplace vertical, helping customers find the best energy rates from hundreds of suppliers.
• Lead Integration: Work closely with Appdirect teams, including engineering, and leadership to unify energy brokerage systems, tools, and user experiences into the AppDirect ecosystem.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: Partner with stakeholders across energy brokers, utilities, and commercial customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points. Turn insights into actionable features.
• Act as Product Owner: Lead agile teams in delivering scalable solutions, prioritize backlogs, write user stories, and make trade-offs grounded in data and user impact.
• Champion Data & AI-Driven Innovation: Identify opportunities to harness AI, automation, and data services to modernize how energy is discovered, quoted, sold, and managed.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver seamless go-to-market experiences.
• Measure What Matters: Establish KPIs and OKRs to track product performance, user engagement, and integration success.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including integration work or domain expertise in complex industries such as energy, fintech, or logistics.
• Proven success owning and launching products for B2B customers.
• Bonus: Experience building B2B platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS products.
• Strong technical fluency—able to engage deeply with engineering while balancing business priorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills; ability to drive alignment across acquired teams and internal stakeholders.
• Bonus: Understanding of energy brokerage, demand-side platforms, or utility operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable representing the product internally and externally.
