What you'll bring

• An immense passion for learning and growth. You are curious, ask great questions, and are driven to continuously improve your craft as an engineer.
• 1-2 years of professional software development experience, or equivalent experience through high-impact internships.
• Solid foundational programming skills in a language like Java, Go, PHP, Python, or C#.
• Exposure to web development concepts, with some experience or familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React.

How you will lead

• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code across the full stack, from backend services in Go and PHP to user interfaces in React.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to build and ship features that solve real customer problems.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Learn voraciously and apply new skills. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies and grow your expertise in a supportive environment.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to help raise the quality bar for the entire team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues, developing your skills in diagnostics and problem-solving in a large-scale system.
