Senior Test Engineer

To reach our ambitious goals, we are looking for Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. 

Responsibilities

• Participation in testing different types of applications: backend, frontend, web, mobile
• Definition of most advantageous project-based methods and tools
• Setting up test strategy, test plans and testing process on the projects
• Execution of manual or automated testing in respective testing tools
• Performance, regression and stress testing plans definition and successful implementation
• Mentorship of the QA team so that all comply with testing standards
• Follow up on agreed teamor project QA processes and procedures
• Participation in presales initiatives and project estimations for testing activities
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks among multiple or changing priorities
• Prefer to work on agile software development projects with globally distributed teams
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business-driven, risk-based, and exploratory test methodologies
• Experience in manual testing and related tools
• Hands on knowledge in automation testing (e.g., Selenium Web driver and Java)
• Hands on experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI
• Comfortable working with relational databases (e.g Oracle or MS SQL)
• Comfortable using version control systems, preferably Git
• Experience with different cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• ISTQB certification is a plus
• Good communication skills (spoken and written) with fluent English as essential
• Good communication skills (spoken and written) with Arabic is a plus
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience
