Project Manager

Wе are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our client’s team. The main objective of the project is to implement clinical solutions for drug development and testing. The process covers all stages up to drug manufacturing, and the solution is designed in a modular fashion.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This is you

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager
• Proven track record of successfully delivering middle IT projects
• Deep knowledge of project management methods, including Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe or LeSS
• Understanding and ability to apply at least one of the industry standard Software Development Methodologies
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Experience in implementing Project management processes: Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communication
• Ability to identify, escalate, and ensurethe successful resolution of critical situations
• English — Upper-intermediate or higher

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in the pharmacology domain

This is your role

• Validate and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop a full-scale project implementation plan, based of expected project schedule, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks
• Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team. Promote high individual and team performance
• Keep stakeholders informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
