Cloud Engineer

I'm currently working in partnership with one of Sweden's most established private Cloud providers! A close-knit group of some of the best DevOps, SRE and Cloud engineers across Sweden, passionate about Opensource, automation and sustainability, in building and delivering a comprehensive Cloud offering for business-critical and data-sensitive business within Sweden!

Owning and operating their platform, they have built various cutting-edge SaaS solutions, with a focus on security and compliance to protect companies in Sweden, as an alternative to the global providers. With their own private Kubernetes & containers, PaaS & IaaS, as-well as various network & security functions, they have become a reliable and trusted provider for companies across the country!

This would be a permanent employment, and whilst they have a vibrant office in Stockholm, you can also work remotely across Sweden!

Joining a super collaborative team of engineers who are passionate about building a sustainable and secure product, whilst having fun in the meantime, you will;

• Manage incidents and problems within the cloud environment, identify problems and implement long-term solutions
• Provide our customers with fast and qualified support
• Be part of our preparedness
• Manage and further develop our cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security and performance
• Automate processes for deployment, monitoring and operation of our services
• Collaboration with our developers to ensure a smooth transition from development phase to production
• Continuously implement security measures and updates to protect our platform

Requirements:

• Extensive experience within Cloud engineering/Platform/DevOps/SRE
• A Kubernetes Specialist - you will work on their new private Kubernetes solution!
• Expertise within Linux - their infrastructure is built upon it!
• Strong experience within IaaC; Terraform etc
• Monitoring experience with the likes of Prometheus/Grafana/Elk
• Experience with CI/CD, Containers
• Programming experience with Python also meritous
