Project Manager – Lifestyle Brand

A global lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of a new Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role sits within the Customer Insights & Experience team, which leads customer segmentation, data strategy, and activation across all channels and regions.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
• Facilitate sprint planning, testing, UAT, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system migration and change management
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years in tech project delivery, ideally with CDP experience
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and project governance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in retail or luxury sectors is a plus
