How will you make an impact in this role?

The  Business Analyst role, is an exciting and dynamic role within the Argentina ICS (International Card Services) Strategy & Business Planning team which offers the opportunity to partner directly with the Marketing and Product department to support the planning and budget control  functions for strategic and business initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of areas such as:
  • Support Accounting month-end closing process in adherence to company policies.
  • Actively support ICS Argentina Annual Planning process with focus on Investment Optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross- functional teams to track progress on initiatives, budgets, and forecasts, encoring alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Develop and maintain customized management reports and dashboards that provide insights on operational efficiency, cost control and strategic objectives. 
  • Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to management. 
  • Support the preparation of business cases, financial models and ad hoc analysis in partnership with Finance as required. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements. 
  • Provide analytical support for internal audits, process reviews and management presentations. 
  • Office as ICS Business Continuity Plan developer.
  • Support  Argentina General Manager Office generating presentations for business unit review sessions, town halls, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or finalizing studies in areas related to Economic Sc., Administration, Finance, etc.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbally), including the ability to synthesize a lot of information into clear and compelling presentations
  • Excellent relationship building and partner management, and comfort working across various levels within an organization to drive results.
  • Proactive and motivated self-starter. A proven ability to challenge the status quo, improve existing processes, and lead through ambiguity
  • Advanced English oral and written
  • Proficient in MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of  Finance systems (ORACLE; TM1)
  • Experience with planning, forecasting, budget and cost control
  • Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards
