Job Description Summary
Over View:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters.
- Collect and verify required onboarding documentation from new hires.
- Act as the main point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update onboarding trackers, reports, and documentation to ensure process transparency and compliance.
- Monitor the status of new hires from offer acceptance to day one, ensuring all steps are completed on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Benefits, Payroll, Total Rewards, etc.) to ensure readiness for the new hire’s first day.
- Administer the new hire process by reviewing and processing new hire transactions for MasterCard’s Europe population.
- Communicate new policies/processes to employees; resolve inquiries promptly to meet or exceed customer expectations and provide ‘priceless employee experiences’.
- Manage confidential data professionally, adhering to HIPPA rules and MasterCard confidentiality requirements.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously acquired through previous experience in a related field.
- A highly organized, articulate individual who excels in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships as well as providing customer satisfaction is needed.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Excellent MS Office Suite Skills: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
