We are committed to the principles of design thinking and human-centered design. .Head of Mobile DevelopmentAs (f/m/d), you will be responsible for managing a 35-strong Mobile Development team and actively shape the leadership culture in the company in close collaboration with other managers. In this way, every manager contributes to an atmosphere in which we have fun, challenge ourselves, come up with new ideas and grow visions.

What you can do for us

• You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of currently 35 mobile app developers, as well as promoting their professional development. This includes conducting regular feedback sessions, setting clear goals, overseeing annual performance reviews, and supporting each team member's growth.
• You ensure and maintain high quality standards through effective processes, regular reviews, and coaching, leading the team toward technical excellence.
• You communicate with various internal and external stakeholders on a technical and strategic level. This includes presenting complex concepts in an accessible manner and collaborating to inform key decisions.
• You shape the team's culture by fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. With a strong focus on people management, you actively mentor team members, provide strategic direction, and ensure that each individual's work aligns with broader organizational goals.
  
  

What you should bring to the table

• You have several years of management responsibility (at least 3 years) in app development (Android, iOS), ideally in a finance environment and in the management of medium-sized development teams.
• You have a high level of quality awareness, enjoy solving problems and have a hands-on mentality.
• You are open to new technologies and have a sound knowledge of system architectures.
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a cooperative environment with plenty of room for personal responsibility and creativity.
• You like to take responsibility for our products and actively contribute to the optimization of our processes and products.
• You are able to communicate with your team in English German (at least C1 level).and

Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von derzeit 35 Mobile App Developern, sowie die Förderung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung.
• Du skalierst, optimierst und entwickelst die Systemarchitektur des Mobile Development Bereichs in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung kontinuierlich weiter.
• Du koordinierst die plattformübergreifende Entwicklung verschiedener mobilen Produkte im Finance Umfeld.
• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung strategischer Projekte.
• Du bist offen für neue Technologien und entwickelst daraus Ideen, um die Produkte und bestehenden Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
• Du bist für die Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards zuständig.
• Du kommunizierst auf fachlicher und strategischer Ebene mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern.
  
  

Profil

• Du verfügst über eine mehrjährige Führungsverantwortung (mindestens 3 Jahre) in der App-Entwicklung (Android, iOS), idealerweise im Finance Umfeld und in der Leitung von mittelgroßen Entwicklungsteams.
• Du besitzt ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, hast Spaß an dem Lösen von Problemstellungen und dich zeichnet eine hohe Hands-On Mentalität aus.
• Du bist offen für neue Technologien und besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Systemarchitekturen.
• Du bist kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne in einem kooperativen Umfeld mit viel Raum für Eigenverantwortung und Kreativität.
• Du trägst gerne Verantwortung für unsere Produkte und bringst dich aktiv zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse und Produkte ein.
• Du bist in der Lage, mit deinem Team in Englisch Deutsch zu kommunizieren (mindestens C1-Niveau).und
