(Entry level) Pentester

Our client is a boutique IT security consultancy that is looking to expand their penetration testing team.

They focus on topics such as pentesting, incident response along with training and awareness for their customers.

At the moment, they are looking for an entry level penetration tester to be work on pentesting projects related to web, network, mobile and API.

Your profile:

• You have atleast basic or initial experience conducting penetration tests, through an internship or a work student program.
• You should have participated in CTFs, or practise hacking on platforms such as HTB on a regular basis.
• Ideally you should have knowledge of other topics such as OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27k etc.
• Furthermore, you should have excellent knowledge in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• You are also very familiar with Networking & Protocols such us TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, Firewalls, VPNs IDS/IPS.
• Ideally you also have a degree in Cyber security or computer science.
• You also must have excellent communication skills in German (C1 level)

Salary: € 50,000 to € 60,000 Brutto per year

Location: Baden-Württemberg, Germany (this is primarily an on-site position).
