Software Engineer - Exchange Integrations

We are seeking for a Software Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team and lead the development and maintenance of exchange integrations. This role sits at the intersection of high-performance infrastructure and automated trading. You’ll work closely with our trading and development teams to ensure seamless connectivity to global crypto exchanges and hedge venues.

What you will work on

• Build and maintain low-latency, robust integrations with centralized and decentralized exchanges (CEXs/DEXs)
• Work with asynchronous Rust codebases to handle real-time data ingestion, order execution, and reconciliation
• Maintain and improve existing integration pipelines and deployment workflows
• Collaborate with strategy developers and trading infrastructure teams to support internal tooling, bots, and latency-sensitive services
• Potentially contribute to internal trading logic or analytics systems over time

What we expect

• Proficiency in Rust, especially in writing performant, clean, and maintainable asynchronous code
• Strong experience with async programming paradigms (e.g., tokio, async-std)
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and general relational database performance considerations
• Attention to detail in systems programming, especially when dealing with third-party APIs, order lifecycle, and reconciliation logic
• Understanding of exchange mechanics: order books, market data, trading flows (even at a basic level)
• Exposure to or interest in stochastic calculus or quantitative finance concepts is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with a high bar for quality
• Proficiency in English
