QA Tester (Automation / Functional)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated QA Tester with solid experience in functional and automation testing for both mobile and web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, system reliability, and seamless user experience across platforms.

Missions

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies and apply Scrum methodology effectively in the QA process
  • Perform functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance test (UAT) coordination
  • Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman
  • Contribute to test planning, documentation, and defect tracking using a test management tool with Azure DevOps
  • Analyze test coverage and ensure quality across complex business processes
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to resolve defects and improve product quality
  • Support regression testing and test suite maintenance for each release cycle
  • Work with databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), to validate backend data

Profile

  • You hold a least a bachelor degree specifically in an IT oriented field
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance overall
  • A very good understanding and hands-on experience with the Scrum methodology
  • Proficiency in test management tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Solid experience testing REST APIs with Postman
  • Experience with both mobile and web application testing
  • Strong functional testing skills
  • Good understanding of relational databases (MSSQL)
  • Proven hands on experience in script development using scripting languages
  • Also experiences in:
    • Test automation frameworks and scripting
    • Testing in the banking, credit card, or payment domains
    • System integration testing
    • UAT planning, coordination, and execution
  • You are fluent in english
  • Nice to have: some additional previous experience as Business Analyst or Developer and familiarity with non-functional testing (e.g. performance, load testing)

Recruitment process

  • The pre-qualification interview with our Recruitment Manager
  • Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
  • 2nd interview with our Business Manager
  • Technical tests and / or interview with our CTO Florian Sey
  • Proposal of your application to the client
  • Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
