YOUR MISSION

• Design, develop, build, and customize the ServiceNow platform’s Service Catalog
• Create and tailor new catalog items and workflows to support ITIL processes, including service requests, incident management, and change management
• Assist with and oversee application updates, data loading, and ongoing data maintenance
• Manage daily support and maintenance operations

YOUR SKILLS

• Several years of experience working in large enterprise environments
• Strong experience with integrations, including data import/export and UpdateSets
• Solid knowledge of the ITSM application, particularly the Incident, Service Catalog, and Change modules
• Proficient in Flow Designer and scripting (UI, Client, BR, ACL)
• Experienced in creating catalog items: working with service owners for analysis, proposing technical solutions, drafting analysis documents, building forms and workflows, and performing unit testing
• 5+ years of experience in Computer Engineering or a related field
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA); additional certifications on specialized ServiceNow applications are a plus
• Fluency in French is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus
