Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Architect to join a leading digital transformation team. The role focuses on designing and developing AI-enhanced platforms and developer-centric tools aimed at boosting productivity and innovation within a large-scale IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype AI-powered platforms and APIs tailored for developers.
• Identify and apply AI techniques to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and training modules for AI tools.
• Plan scalable AI solutions and propose innovative applications to improve developer workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align AI services with organizational goals.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in IT or related fields
• Extensive experience as an IT Architect or AI Software Engineer focused on productivity-enhancing platforms.
• Proficient in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI technologies, and knowledge of AI patterns including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Skilled in software development using Python, TypeScript, and integrating AI into developer environments and IDEs.
• Demonstrated ability to produce technical documentation and conduct developer training sessions.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure) and vector databases is highly desirable.
  
  

Desired Expertise:

• Strong architectural skills for scalable, maintainable AI services.
• Hands-on experience with training or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with AI agent architectures and software development automation.
• Innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
  
  

Certifications:

Candidates must hold at least one relevant certification such as Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP), AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, TensorFlow Developer Certificate, TOGAF, or equivalent.
