The primary mission is to define coding standards, create reusable templates, and develop tools that enhance consistency, quality, and efficiency within software development environments.

The Role:

• Design conceptual platforms leveraging AI to boost developer productivity.
• Propose tools or APIs aimed at improving the developer experience through AI capabilities.
• Identify AI approaches suitable for addressing complex business challenges.
• Develop prototypes showcasing AI-driven services or features.
• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation for AI solutions.
• Create training materials and deliver sessions to introduce new AI tools.
• Plan strategies to ensure scalability and performance of AI systems.
• Analyze developer challenges and propose AI-based solutions to overcome them.
• Explore innovative applications of AI to enhance development processes and productivity.

The Profile:

• Master Degree in IT or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong background in designing technical solutions, ideally focused on improving software development processes.
• Experience creating tools, platforms, or APIs for developer use.
• Solid knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts relevant to software engineering.
• Practical experience with modern AI frameworks and libraries.
• Understanding of AI architectures and how to integrate them into development ecosystems.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and deliver technical training.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript.
• Skilled in designing scalable, maintainable systems and applying AI to boost productivity.
• Good communication skills in English for technical audiences.
• Comfortable gathering feedback to improve technical solutions.
