Project Executive

FilmFund.io is reshaping how films get financed. We are the world's first blockchain-powered launchpad for film financing, where investors stake a utility token to access fully compliant security tokens representing real film projects. Our mission is to democratize film investing, empower independent filmmakers, and revolutionize how the film industry raises capital globally.

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial Project Executive to join our core team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between filmmakers, investors, and our internal development teams. You will lead project onboarding, track milestones, ensure operational efficiency, and help drive the success of film launches on the platform.

This is a hands-on role where creativity, organization, and ownership are critical. You will directly impact how films are funded in the Web3 era.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of film projects onto the FilmFund.io platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for filmmakers during the listing, funding, and post-funding process.
• Coordinate with legal, marketing, and technical teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Track project milestones and ensure all deliverables (trailers, scripts, KYC, legal docs) are completed on time.
• Support investors with project information and updates as needed.
• Help improve internal processes, operational workflows, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional timelines for listed films.
• Actively contribute to shaping the future of a pioneering blockchain-based film financing platform.
  

• 3+ years experience in project management, production coordination, or account management preferably in the film, media, tech, or Web3 sectors.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal to liaise between creative and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy.
• Experience or strong interest in blockchain, tokenization, fintech, or digital assets.
• Passion for film, storytelling, and empowering creatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, marketing, and development teams.
• Tech-savvy familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
