Junior Python Developer

Randstad Digital is recruiting a Junior Python Developer to join one of our international clients in the aerospace sector.

This is a hybrid opportunity for professionals based in Lisbon, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge space missions and projects with a highly skilled, global team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features, enhancements, and technical solutions
• Design, develop, test, and implement software applications, scripts, and tools to support business needs
• Participate in version control and deployment processes evolving to CI/CD pipeline
• Contribute to the automation of repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in development roles, with a proven track record
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud technologies
• Experience with relational database management
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
• Knowledge of React and/or Django framework is a plus
• Fluent level of English
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
