Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and track hiring progress.
- Post job advertisements and manage applications through various recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hires, terminations, and other changes.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Manage employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Manage occupational medicine for all employees.
- Manage external contractors – for events, merch, etc.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Payroll & Compensation
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.
- Assist in managing attendance records, leave tracking, and other payroll-related documentation.
- Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure timely salary payments.
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and ensure payroll accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-2 years in HR, with exposure to recruitment, administration, and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
