Reporting Analyst

Your day to day:

We’re currently looking for a Reporting Analyst that will identify new opportunities to leverage data sources to drive delivery performance improvements and create business value.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

• Production of reports to agreed timelines and quality metrics and as per agreed mechanisms
• Review requests for new capabilities and reports, confirm and agree requirements
• Produce formal SRM Dashboard for management and local markets against request and ensure requestor sign-off
• Agree timescales for delivery with the requestor and keep them informed appropriately throughout the development and delivery cycle.
• Standardise deliverables into schedules, update configuration records and promote to production
• Manage scheduled report production and distribution to customers to agreed OLAs
• Investigate and resolve reported issues with production reports
• Review demand, delivery and operational reporting processes annually to assure relevance and optimisation
  
  
  

With these skills you are a great candidate:

• Experience in data modeling / data cleansing
• Reporting experience using complex Excel and PPT files and various data sources
• Power query/macros knowledge
• BI and analytics basic knowledge.
• Analyse and adjust data files
• Excellent communicator and resourceful in ideas to manage to chase people and get the requested data in an effective manner
