Product Designer - Senior

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.

Purpose of the Role:

You’ll shape seamless user experiences across a high-traffic casino platform used by millions.

You’ll turn data and research into intuitive flows and polished interfaces that drive user engagement.

Your work will influence product decisions, boost conversion, and bring consistency through a scalable design system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve the design system using tokens with automated code integration (in collaboration with development).
• Design user flows and interfaces based on analytics, hypotheses, and UX research.
• Conduct user interviews in English, usability testing, and competitor analysis — independently or in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, final UI mockups, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and develop solutions to improve key metrics.
  
  

Required experience:

• Experience with digital products in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of gamification mechanics and engagement patterns; ability to design interfaces that support user goals and habits
• Advanced Figma skills, including:
• working with variables and tokens,
• understanding of the Figma Tokens → JSON → Dev workflow,
• plugin configuration and collaboration with developers
• Ability to find effective, modern solutions within technical and product constraints, clearly articulate decisions, and build constructive communication with developers and team members.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Russian is the primary working language within the team.
