We’re Searching For “The Most Talented Product Owner Team Player” in Turkey

MARS is looking for a talented and ambitious Product Owner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of neobank sector in Turkey.

Experiences:

• Preferably BSc degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Experience in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams (business, development, UX)
• Experience in backend and mobile application development processes.
• Problem solving, analytical thinking, solution generation, work follow-up skills.
• Working well in a team and taking initiative when necessary.
• Strong communication, presentation, reporting and negotiation skills.
• Experience in fintech/banking sectors is a huge plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Managing the process by taking corrective actions in case of problems in the commissioned developments.
• Performing UATs and approves changes.
• To manage and follow up UX/UI studies with relevant units.
• Aligning with other Product Managers to manage dependencies.
• Collaborating with technical and business teams.
• Discovering, learning and implementing new technologies.
