Currently we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information System Specialist, especially within SAP Success Factors who will provide technical support to colleagues at global level and ensure the smooth and efficient management of HR systems, processes and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain training material and know-how guidance notes to enhance operational excellence and HR function capabilities.
- Act as SuccessFactors Admin, implementing system changes and providing ongoing support to meet HR’s operational needs, including config changes, bulk uploads and complex organizational changes.Use strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of HRIS data issues and confidently work with suppliers or IT teams to implement effective solutions.
- Establish HRIS best practices on HRIS data management
- Act as SPOC for any HR user management issues (joiners/leavers/changes) and work with suppliers and IT to document and improve processes.
- Identify and design improvements to ECO3 HR systems, to reduce manual effort, bring processes in line with best standards, and streamline data flows between systems and teams.
- Undertake any business analysis/discovery to deliver changes outlined in the HR IT Roadmap.
- Work with suppliers to deliver BAU support to the HR team.
- Monitor and manage functional HR system activities:
- Implement, address and resolve queries related to organizational structure, employee status, grading, division, department specific details.
- Co-ordinate bulk changes with the ECO3 HR Team, and ensure that employee data changes are implemented in an efficient and a timely manner.
- Maintain Time Off related data providing a clear and accurate overview for the end user.
- Mange interfaces between HR systems and make sure that the information flows according to the agreed process.
- Monitor workflows and system alerts, identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain and update rules and formulas behind compensation information and adjust data using bulk uploads.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive reports.
- Manage the assignment of roles and permissions across the HR systems to ensure proper access controls.
- Generation of test data to support business testing.
- Oversee the Release and Change Management process:
- Be accountable for impact assessing any system changes, and manage communication to the HR team and stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT and support teams to agree and apply system changes.
- Perform business testing to discard a negative impact on the functionality of the system
- Manage and lead HR IT projects, managing suppliers to deliver any changes as per the HR roadmap.
- Co-ordinate, facilitate and manage workshops between suppliers, the ECO3 HR team and IT as required.
- Work closely with support partners to prioritize and resolve incidents and issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact between HR, IT, and support partners for all HR system-related functions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, system configurations, and data management.
- Experience working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with compensation structures and reporting.
- Ability to conduct data analysis and generate detailed reports.
- Experience with release management, impact assessments, and system testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong in project management and working with external partners and stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and procurement experience
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification or relevant experience in HR systems or project management.
- Experience with international HR systems rollouts and time-off functionality.
