Title: Project Manager – Finance Systems Upgrade

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead two high-impact finance systems upgrade initiatives for a well-established organization in the region. This role sits within the Finance function and plays a key part in delivering critical technology transformation programs.

About the Projects:

Microsoft Dynamics Upgrade

• Transition from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2004 to Dynamics 365
• Delivered with a dedicated systems integrator, separate from the Oracle program
• Project duration: approximately 6 months

Hyperion Upgrade

• Delivered alongside the current Oracle program using the existing systems integrator
• Project duration: approximately 8–9 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance system upgrades
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and governance structures
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and third-party vendors
• Drive stakeholder communication, risk management, and issue resolution
• Oversee testing, change management, training, and business readiness
• Ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic business goals

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated experience managing ERP or finance system upgrade projects
• Solid understanding of finance processes; techno-functional expertise is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and delivery-focused with the ability to navigate complex environments
• Industry background in construction, real estate, or other project-driven sectors is beneficial
