Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Act as the primary project lead for MNC Client, collaborating closely with Customer to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of project milestones.
• Agile Implementation: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, promoting adherence to agile principles to drive successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication between leadership and the development team.
• Team Management: Oversee cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, AI engineers, and business analysts, to foster collaboration and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and address project risks, aligning technical and business objectives to maintain project integrity.
• Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging agile metrics to enhance project outcomes, team performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
