Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven value creation
- Explore and analyze diverse datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights
- Build clear and reusable data pipelines and structures
- Develop and apply machine learning models to optimize business operations
- Review code and experiment design to maintain high-quality standards
- Partner with domain experts to develop deep operational understanding
- Support deployment of models and dashboards in production environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a STEM discipline
- 3–5+ years of industry experience in data science, applying ML to real-world problems
- Strong Python skills, with clean, modular coding practices in collaborative settings
- Skilled in data visualization (e.g., Plotly, Bokeh) and insight communication
- Hands-on experience with heterogeneous, multi-dimensional datasets
- Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data exploration
- Detail-oriented and committed to production-grade work
Preferred Experience:
- Time-series modeling (ML and econometric approaches)
- Broad familiarity with ML methods and their application to business
- Experience with enterprise software development and code versioning
- Familiarity with cloud-based workflows, particularly AWS
- Building ETL pipelines in Python and AWS
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools
