Job Title: Python Developer – Agentic AI Frameworks

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python Developer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, Crew AI, Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Power Apps, AutoGen, and similar tools. The ideal candidate will work on developing, deploying, and scaling intelligent autonomous agents and applications that integrate with large language models (LLMs), tools, APIs, and knowledge bases. You will collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and frontend developers to deliver real-world GenAI use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent agents using Agentic frameworks like LangChain, Crew AI, AutoGen, CoPilot Studio, etc.
• Develop Python-based backend services that integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Implement multi-agent systems for workflow automation, document intelligence, decision support, and task orchestration.
• Integrate AI agents with tools such as vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), external APIs, databases, and SaaS systems.
• Build pipelines for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt orchestration, and memory modules.
• Leverage Microsoft Power Apps and CoPilot Studio to build low-code/no-code agentic applications for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability in AI-driven applications.
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Must-Have Skills:

• Python (6+) with expertise in building scalable applications and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Agentic AI framework: LangChain, Crew AI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, etc.
• Experience building applications using Microsoft CoPilot Studio or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and tool integration.
• Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
• Experience working with OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, or Cohere.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and webhooks for external tool integrations.
• Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience deploying AI agents on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of LangGraph, ReAct framework, or state machine modeling for agents.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, and Teams integration.
• Understanding of enterprise compliance, data governance, and AI ethics.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or tools like Streamlit/Gradio for AI interfaces.a

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• 2+ years of experience working with GenAI or Agentic AI frameworks.
