What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and applications using Golang
• Develop scalable audience targeting and identity systems with low-latency performance
• Architect big data ingestion and processing pipelines to manage data at scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical and product requirements into solutions
• Deploy and manage infrastructure in AWS using Kubernetes and containerization tools
• Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues in a cloud-native environment
• Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices across architecture and DevOps
• Build tools for managing data pipelines, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Promote data quality, security, and scalability through automation and monitoring
• Document technical decisions, implementation plans, and testing strategies

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience coding in Golang, including working with gRPC and ProtoBuf
• Strong background in microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS infrastructure
• Proficient in SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Presto)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform) and observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lead initiatives and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Bonus: Experience in ad tech or audience targeting, AWS certification
