We’re hiring an Agent Systems Engineer to help shape a new generation of AI-native architecture — where software agents do more than automate tasks — they take over entire jobs in Legal, Sales, Finance, and beyond.

This is your chance to work on high-impact systems at the intersection of software engineering, automation, and organizational design.

About the Project:

You’ll be part of a small, senior team (~10 engineers) working across Legal, Admin, BD, and Ops to design and maintain the lifecycle, resilience, and contextual intelligence of production-grade autonomous agents.

This is a cross-functional, backend-heavy role where you’ll leverage Python or Node.js, deep architectural thinking, and automation frameworks to deliver robust, scalable infrastructure.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop cross-functional systems powering autonomous agents;
• Build scalable, reusable backend services using Python or Node.js;
• Design and maintain agent workflows and lifecycle logic for context-awareness;
• Monitor, debug, and optimize agent performance in production;
• Collaborate with Legal, BD, Tax, and Operations teams to align automation with real business workflows;
• Evolve the foundational infrastructure for agent operations at scale.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Python and/or Node.js/JavaScript
• A deep understanding of system architecture, with a focus on modularity, reusability, and clean code design
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, orchestration systems, or event-driven architectures
• Solid debugging and monitoring skills in production environments
• Actively using or integrating AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, LangChain, AutoGPT) in development workflows
• Comfortable taking ownership of complex, cross-functional systems from concept to delivery
• Based in Eastern Europe (e.g., Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Hungary, etc.)

🌟 Bonus Points

• Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, ReAct
• Experience building internal platforms/tools for Legal, Admin, or Finance teams
• Exposure to agent lifecycle design, orchestration layers, or workflow systems
• Background in startups, R&D, or platform teams
