My client is an instantly recognisable Healthcare Insurer who urgently require a Scrum Master / Business Analyst with expertise in Azure Data projects to join a business-critical programme.

Key Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience working as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in the Healthcare and Insurance Industry.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud Data programmes, with the ability to data integrity, security and scalability.
• Previous experience facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Strong understanding of LLM.
• An understanding of Azure Machine Learning (ALM) / Azure AI.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare & Insurance industry regulations and Data privacy standards.
• The ability to manage and track project progress using Agile tools and methodologies, preferably DevOps.
• CSM certification or equivalent agile certification.
• Previous experience of collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define and prioritise the product backlog.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a Product Operating Model.
• Knowledge of AI ethics or responsible AI.
• An understanding of healthcare models.
• Immediate availability.
