Software- & DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve modern software solutions with a focus on backend services and data processing (Python, Java, SQL)
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and stable software releases
• Integrate and maintain automated software testing and contribute to end-to-end quality assurance
• Develop and enhance logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (e.g., Elastic Stack) for production systems
• Create and further develop containerized services, focusing on reusability and scalability (Docker, Kubernetes a plus)
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from software development, automation engineering, and project management

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience in software development, especially with Python, Java, and strong knowledge of SQL
• Beneficial: Experience with Git, Spring Boot, Apache Airflow or comparable frameworks
• Solid understanding of DevOps technologies, especially CI/CD (e.g., GitLab, Azure DevOps) and Docker
• Ideally experienced with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Elastic Stack
• Experience or interest in working with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
• Structured, solution-oriented and proactive mindset with a high level of quality awareness and team spirit
