Job Title: Business Analyst / Product Owner (Finnish Speaking)

Experience: hands-on Jira experience is a must, JAVA API knowledge is beneficial

Language: English and Finnish fluent is mandatory

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst or Product Owner who is fluent in Finnish and English. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct story analysis and understand customer problems to create clear documentation and Jira stories
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable items
• Drive Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and customer demos
• Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams
• (Nice to have) Basic understanding of Java APIs

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices and tools like Jira
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver business value
