Data Analyst (Mid & Senior)

Hybrid working model: 3 days on-site and 2 remote (Lyon)

We're hiring at both mid-level and senior-level, depending on experience and technical depth.

Note: 🧠 Domain experience in manufacturing or pharma is a plus, but not required. We’re more interested in your analytical skills, curiosity, and ability to work with data at scale.

🗣 English: Full professional proficiency is required. All interviews will be conducted in English.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Dive into data analysis, uncover insights, and contribute to solution design.
• Extract, clean, and transform data to solve complex business problems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and create compelling visualizations.
• Work on predictive analytics and manufacturing optimization.
• Develop reports, track KPIs, and champion data-driven decision-making.

🛠 Must-Haves:

• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience working with data warehouses (ideally Snowflake; BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks also welcome)
• Solid data analysis capabilities, including data modelling and visualisation (Power BI preferred)
• Ability to translate business questions into data insights
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder interaction experience
• Full professional proficiency in English

✨ Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with manufacturing, R&D, or industrial/IoT data
• Familiarity with clinical or regulated environments
• Exposure to dashboard optimisation and reporting automation
• Experience with dbt
• Exposure to Neo4j or other graph databases
• Experience with cloud platforms — ideally AWS, but Azure or GCP also welcome
