Strategic Staffing Solutions’ client offers a range of IT services tailored to any institution or business, based on their specific needs, industry characteristics, and workforce size. The company installs, delivers, and sells IT infrastructure, and also develops innovative solutions such as the smart checkout system Tiki-Taka Pay. It provides IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions and services, leveraging technologies from some of the world’s leading companies, including IBM, Nutanix, Palo Alto Networks, Aruba, and others.


The company is inviting a Account Manager for the Public Sector to join their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactive acquisition of new clients;
  • Identifying client needs and consulting on various IT solutions;
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborating with the service delivery team and other internal stakeholders to ensure an effective service delivery process;
  • Working with a CRM system;
  • Representing the company at exhibitions and conferences.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills;
  • Ability to learn and grow, understand client business processes and needs;
  • Excellent Latvian and good English language skills (for collaboration with international partners and clients);
  • Good skills in using standard office software;
  • Result-oriented mindset, ability to plan and organize time effectively;
  • Category B driver’s license.


Considered an advantage:

  • Experience in sales of IT solutions, cybersecurity services, or telecommunication services;
  • Higher education in Business Management or Information Technology.
