Media Project Manager

Tasks:

• Participate in the planning and negotiation of all media types (TV, radio, OOH, newspapers, online, etc.).
• Manage and supervise media project planning and implementation in collaboration with media agency other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and advice potential media performance improvements.
• Control media project budget and participate in cost management.
• Communicate regularly with involved stakeholders in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia to advance media project development.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for media content or strategies.

About you:

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience working in media agency or client-side media planning role.
• Very good Latvian and English language skills.
• Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Latvian media market and media planning KPIs.
• Results oriented person with high attention to details.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in a busy, varied role.
• Readiness to go for a training to Lithuania for up to 2 months.
