Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and strategy for a high-impact B2B Sportsbook product. This role combines vision, leadership, and execution — from defining long-term product roadmaps to launching high-quality solutions tailored to client needs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring products are customer-centric and data-driven. Accountabilities:

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives
• Manage the full product lifecycle: from ideation and market research to launch, scaling, and continuous improvement
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing quick wins with long-term impact
• Analyze product metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, integrating client feedback into product development cycles
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, design, sales, and marketing teams to execute product releases
• Coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Foster a culture of experimentation using A/B testing and analytics to validate hypotheses and iterate
• Monitor financial performance and ROI of the product, ensuring strategic decision-making is rooted in value creation
• Report progress and results to executive stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment at every stage
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in a B2B or iGaming/sports betting environment
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and communicate long-term product roadmaps
• High ownership and autonomy: proven ability to lead end-to-end product initiatives with minimal supervision
• Advanced skills in product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience collaborating across multiple functions, including engineering, marketing, and sales
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills, both internal and external
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and customer needs
• Experience in managing B2B platforms or SaaS products is highly desirable
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems is a plus
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
