Business Analyst(Banking)

Rate is 60k Euros/Annum-Gross.

Must have: EU National

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business user needs
• Draft detailed functional specifications (FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, etc.)
• Participate in business workshops and lead scoping meetings
• Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions
• Oversee functional testing phases and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Assist users with change management (training, documentation, etc.)
• Provide regular reporting on project progress

Required Skills:

✅ Technical:

• Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Visio; knowledge of BPMN is a plus
• Understanding of process modeling and product life cycle
• Familiarity with application architecture is a plus

✅ Functional:

• Solid banking knowledge (credit, compliance, regulations, core banking, payments, etc.)
• Familiarity with regulatory environments (MiFID II, AML/KYC, Basel III, etc.)

✅ Languages:

• French: fluent
• English: professional proficiency (written and spoken)

Profile Sought:

• Master’s degree in IT, finance, or business school
• Minimum 3 to 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector
• Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills
