ICE Product & Activation Lead

For our client, an international Pharmaceutical company, we are currently looking for an ICE CONTENT ENABLEMENT PRODUCT AND ACTIVATION LEAD.

Location: Basel

Contract: ASAP - 31.12.2025

Product Support:

• Assist the CE Martech Director in refining the product vision based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with International PH and Global CE teams to align on content strategy, prioritize international requirements, and ensure delivery.
• Act as a product SME, addressing gaps and adjustments for international needs (e.g., taxonomy/tagging).
• Monitor interdependencies with Modular Content projects.

Activation Support:

• Develop and execute market scalability, training, adoption, and maturity measurement strategies.
• Lead communication, training, and change management initiatives with stakeholders.
• Oversee activation roadmaps, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in strategic program/product management, MarTech project delivery, and activation programs.
• Expertise in Content Enablement tools (e.g., DAM, CAT, Design Systems). Aprimo and Veeva knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with web, SFMC, and CRM Veeva channels.
• Proven experience managing senior-level relationships, stakeholder engagement, and multiple programs under tight timelines.
