Junior UI/UX Designer

At the heart of Stark’s products lies groundbreaking technology made accessible to riders through the award-winning VARG app and other digital tools. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be an integral part of the Graphic Design Team, helping to expand and strengthen our digital identity.

This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the next generation of electric motorcycles.

Important: This position is on-site (Sant Boi de Llobregat, Spain) and does not include a relocation package.

Responsibilities and duties

• Create digital design assets and layouts for web and mobile applications
• Develop impactful visual concepts and designs that align with the art direction, brand guidelines, and overall company objectives
• Maintain and consistently apply the design system across all digital outputs
• Collaborate with the marketing team and key stakeholders to support digital campaigns and initiatives
• Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches, staying up to date with current industry trends and best practices
• Work effectively as part of a team, with the ability to self-organize and support the Graphic Design Team in additional tasks when needed

Requirement & Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in digital graphic design
• A keen eye for detail, with excellent typographic sensibility and a strong grasp of layout and grid systems
• Proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Solid understanding of UX principles and processes
• Familiarity with UI motion and prototyping

Bonus skills

• Experience with After Effects, Lottie, or Rive for creating motion graphics or animations
• Hands-on experience in maintaining and expanding design systems
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Illustration or 3D modeling skills
