The Role

At EXANTE, great products are the foundation of a great business. Strong, empowered product teams are crucial for developing solutions that genuinely delight users and drive business growth.

We are seeking a visionary Head of Product to build and lead a best-in-class product function from the ground up. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for introducing structure, driving cross-functional alignment, and setting the strategic product direction for a company with a strong technology foundation but historically siloed product operations.

The mission is clear: define and execute a cohesive product strategy that meets the complex needs of our discerning client base - high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices.

This is not a role focused on maintaining existing features. It’s about architecting the next generation of our platform to ensure EXANTE’s long-term competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Empower Exceptional Product Teams

• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing product managers who are deeply committed to understanding users and driving measurable outcomes.
• Coach product managers to become strong leaders of their domains, fostering ownership, accountability, and a deep sense of responsibility for the success of their products.
• Cultivate an environment where teams are trusted to discover the best solutions and are empowered to make decisions.
  
  
  

Define and Drive Product Strategy

• Partner with the executive team to develop a clear and compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports scalable growth.
• Oversee the development of both client-facing products and internal systems, ensuring a seamless, integrated approach that strengthens our global brokerage platform.
  
  
  

Implement Modern Product Practices

• Champion a product development approach focused on continuous discovery, rapid experimentation, and iterative improvement.
• Promote a culture of testing ideas early with real users, using data and insights to guide priorities and decisions.
• Help teams adopt a mindset that success is measured by the value delivered and outcomes achieved, rather than just by shipping features.

• Act as a key connector across technology, design, business, operations, compliance, and other critical functions.

• Experience in financial services, trading platforms, or other complex, highly regulated industries is a strong advantage.
