For our client in the insurance sector in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and open-minded


PMO


In this role, you will support the GRC Transformation Project Manager as PMO and maintain project management activities.


Your Responsabilities:


  • Project / Program Administration
  • Organization of team meetings / workshop logistics
  • Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation
  • Project plan creation and maintenance
  • Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
  • Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables


Your Profil:


  • 8 years of experience as a PMO, understanding of Risk Management is a big plus
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Experience with projects to develop ERP and GRC solutions are an advantage
  • Delivering on priorities and very strong organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills for interpreting data
  • Fluent in English
