For our client in the insurance sector in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and open-minded
PMO
In this role, you will support the GRC Transformation Project Manager as PMO and maintain project management activities.
Your Responsabilities:
- Project / Program Administration
- Organization of team meetings / workshop logistics
- Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation
- Project plan creation and maintenance
- Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
- Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables
Your Profil:
- 8 years of experience as a PMO, understanding of Risk Management is a big plus
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Experience with projects to develop ERP and GRC solutions are an advantage
- Delivering on priorities and very strong organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills for interpreting data
- Fluent in English
