Job Title: Architect – Digital Workplace

Hybrid - 4 days work from office

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect – Digital Workplace to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and user-centric digital workplace environments across Windows, mobile, and virtual platforms. This role is pivotal in leading our transformation toward a modern, cloud-based, secure, and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage Windows 10/11 environments, including Autopilot, Intune, Azure AD, Automation, Application Packaging, Defender and Group Policy
• Lead enterprise endpoint management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Design and suggest improvements in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Citrix environments
• Design solutions and automations using Graph API, Intune Log Analytics & create Dashboards.
• Guide with automations in the environment, which includes Applciation packaging, remediation, script validation etc.
• Manage Github or AZDO repositories for codes and scripts.
• Develop and implement lifecycle strategies for Windows OS, including large-scale OS migrations
• Integrate and manage Android and iOS devices via Intune MDM, ensuring secure mobile access
• Implement endpoint security best practices using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, Conditional Access, and Security Baselines
• Automate provisioning, updates, and reporting with PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure Automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Network, Applications) to align policies and user access
• Package and deploy applications via Win32, MSIX, and Winget
• Maintain documentation of architecture, standards, SOPs, and configuration baselines
• Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in end-user computing or workplace architecture roles
• Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Azure AD
• Strong hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and modern endpoint management
• Experience designing and supporting Citrix, AVD, or Windows 365 VDI solutions
• Proficient in managing Android and iOS mobile endpoints using Microsoft Intune
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting, KQL, DAX and endpoint automation
• Strong understanding of security frameworks: Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, etc.
• Excellent documentation, collaboration, and communication skills
