In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our Learning & Development strategy, designing and delivering impactful programs that foster leadership, engagement, and continuous growth. But that’s not all—you’ll also play a key role in broader People & Culture initiatives, working closely with our teams across our global organization to align people strategies with business goals and bring our values—Reliable, Curious, and Ahead—to life.


What you´ll do

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen leadership and support employee growth at every level
  • Partner with leaders to provide expert guidance on People & Culture topics, always grounded in our values and business strategy
  • Enhance the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and development-focused experience
  • Help attract, recruit, and onboard top talent, ensuring a smooth start and early development opportunities
  • Assist in designing and communicating competitive, fair, and transparent compensation and benefits programs
  • Maintain and optimize processes to track key People & Culture metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic actions
  • Stay on top of local labour laws and ensure our practices are compliant, reducing risk and supporting a healthy work environment


What you bring

  • Proven experience across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on learning, performance and engagement
  • A track record of delivering impactful People & Culture solutions in fast-paced international environments
  • Strong business acumen the ability to align people’s strategies with organizational goals
  • Solid understanding of Nordic labor laws; experience with U.S employment practices is a plus
  • A curious and collaborative mindset – someone who thrives in a team where everyone pitches in and no task is too small
  • A reliable team player who builds trust across all levels of the organization
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach – eager to learn and explore new ideas
  • Driven by an interest in how AI tools can enhance People & Culture practices – from improving employee experience to enabling smarter decision-making
  • A university degree
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
